I love to hear your thoughts and ideas for your stationery,
and am here to help if you have any questions!

After i've provided you with some ideas, and you decide that you would like to book Golden Apple to create your bespoke stationery a non-refundable design fee of £75 is required before I can start work.

Once payment has been received I will get to work
creating your designs.

I'll then send you digital versions of the designs to
approve the wording and layout.

I'll send you a colour swatch at this point too, along with samples of any embellishments you might require so that
you can select the perfect components for your designs.

Once all of these aspects have been completed, I'll create
a physical sample for you to approve,

Once you're completely happy and all of the designs have been signed off I'll send across an invoice for the total order, plus delivery, and once payment has been received your
items will be created and delivered in approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the order.
